DIY Fix Basic reset and visual inspection

Technician Only Inspect and repair door latch assembly

1. Disconnect power and remove access panels to reach the door latch and lock assembly.
2. Test the door latch and lock switch for proper operation and continuity with a multimeter.
3. Replace faulty latch, switch, or associated wiring as needed.

Parts needed: Door latch/lock assembly, Door lock switch, Wiring harness

Technician Only Verify electrical supply and control board

1. Confirm correct wiring at the home electrical connection and oven terminal block with an electrician if needed.
2. Inspect the oven control board for signs of damage if repeated latch faults occur.
3. Replace the control board if testing indicates board failure.
