DIY Fix Check drainage system

1. Ensure the drain hose is properly connected and not blocked.

DIY Fix Check water inlet and filters

1. Turn off water supply and unplug the machine.
2. Inspect inlet hoses for kinks or blockages.
3. Clean inlet hose filters if present.

Technician Only Inspect pump and internal components

1. Remove and inspect the drain pump for failure or obstruction.
2. Check the condition of drain hose and internal pump impeller.
3. Test sensors and electronics related to water flow/drain operation.
