DIY Fix Restart and basic checks

1. Turn the washer dryer off and unplug it from the power source.
2. Wait 1–2 minutes and then plug the appliance back in.
3. Ensure the door is fully closed and that the water supply is connected and turned on.
4. Restart a wash/dry cycle to see if the error reoccurs.

Technician Only Diagnostic evaluation by trained service technician

1. Use the model-specific diagnostic mode (if available) to check for any logged faults beyond the EXX display.
2. Inspect control board and internal wiring connections for malfunctions or intermittent faults.
3. Test major components (sensors, door lock, water inlet, drain system) to identify any specific failure not reflected in a more detailed error code.
4. Clear error memory and verify normal operation after repairs.
