DIY Fix Drain Water from Base and Reset

1. Unplug the washing machine from power.
2. Turn off the water supply to the washer.
3. Pull the machine away from the wall to access the base.
4. Carefully tip the machine backwards (as recommended in community reports) to allow water to drain out onto towels or a tray.
5. Once water has drained, place the washer upright, reconnect power and water, and attempt a simple cycle to see if EF3 clears.

Technician Only Inspect and Repair Leak Source and Anti‑Flood Sensor

1. Check all water connections, hoses, and clamps for leaks that could allow water into the base.
2. Inspect door gasket and seals for breaches.
3. Verify anti‑flood sensor functionality and replace if necessary.
4. Check drain pump and tub seals for leaks.
