DIY Fix Check and reset power to clear transient errors

1. Turn off the oven using the power button if available
2. Switch off power at breaker or unplug the oven for at least 60 seconds
3. Restore power and attempt normal operation to see if the code clears

DIY Fix Inspect and clean oven door lock and latch area

1. Ensure the oven door is fully closed
2. Visually inspect the door lock area for debris or grease
3. Carefully clean around the lock and latch without disassembling internal components
4. Close and restart the oven to test if error persists

Technician Only Test and replace faulty door lock components

1. Disconnect power and access the oven’s door lock assembly
2. Test continuity of the door lock switch and motor with a multimeter
3. Replace the door lock motor or switch if found defective
4. Verify proper wiring connections to the control board and reassemble

Parts needed: Door lock motor, Door lock switch, Associated wiring harness

Technician Only Diagnose control board or wiring faults

1. Inspect wiring harness between door lock assembly and control board for damage or loose connections
2. Test or replace the main control PCB if door lock and wiring are confirmed good and error persists
