DIY Fix Check power and reset

1. Turn off circuit breaker for the oven for at least 60 seconds.
2. Turn circuit breaker back on and let oven power up without pressing any keys for at least 10 seconds.
3. Observe if the F9 error returns.

Technician Only Verify wiring and electrical supply

1. Disconnect power to the oven at breaker.
2. Inspect hard‑wire or outlet connection to ensure correct wiring (correct L2 and N placement).
3. Use appropriate tools to check for correct voltage and absence of wiring errors at installation point.

Parts needed: Multimeter for voltage testing, Terminal wiring harness check tools

Technician Only Inspect and service door latch mechanism (range models)

1. Remove oven door or access panel per model service manual.
2. Inspect door latch assembly and safety circuit components for mechanical failure or electrical continuity issues.
3. Replace door latch assembly or related wiring as needed.
