DIY Fix Reduce detergent and clear suds

1. Stop the wash and check for visible suds in the drum.
2. Remove excess detergent residue from the drum or detergent drawer.
3. Run a maintenance wash with no clothes and no detergent to flush out suds.
4. Use less detergent and the correct type for automatic washers in future cycles.

DIY Fix Basic restart and check

1. Turn off the machine and unplug it from the power outlet for a few minutes.
2. Plug back in and try a short rinse/spin or maintenance cycle.

Technician Only Inspect and clear pressure switch and hose

1. Disconnect power and water supplies.
2. Access and inspect the pressure hose from drum to pressure switch; clear any blockages and check for holes or damage.
3. Test the pressure switch for correct operation and replace if faulty.
4. Reassemble and test for correct water level detection.

Parts needed: Pressure switch (water level sensor), Pressure hose

Technician Only Check anti‑flood / base water detection system

1. Inspect the base tray for accumulated water.
2. Dry base and check anti‑flood sensor or float switch operation.
3. Repair or replace any faulty flood detection components.
4. Check internal hoses for leaks that might fill base tray.
