DIY Fix Basic water supply and drainage checks

1. Ensure the water supply valve to the dishwasher is fully open.
2. Check the water inlet hose for kinks, bends, or blockages.
3. Inspect and clean the dishwasher’s inlet filter (if accessible).
4. Check the drain hose for kinks or obstructions.
5. Inspect the dishwasher filter and sump area for debris.
6. If safe, look for standing water at the bottom of the tub.

DIY Fix Power reset and simple reset attempt

1. Turn off the dishwasher at the mains or unplug it.
2. Wait 5–10 minutes to allow the internal electronics to reset.
3. Restore power and run a test cycle to see if the error reappears.

Technician Only Professional inspection of internal components

1. Check and test the water inlet valve for proper operation.
2. Inspect internal water level sensors or float switches for faults.
3. Examine drain pump and associated circuitry for blockages or failure.
4. Test and replace pressure switches or water level sensors if faulty.
5. Investigate any signs of internal leaks activating leak detection systems.
