DIY Fix Power cycle the induction hob

1. Turn off the induction hob completely at the wall switch or breaker.
2. Wait for 5–10 minutes to allow the internal electronics to fully power down.
3. Turn the power back on and check if ER47 clears.

Technician Only Inspect and repair communication link between control board and inductor

1. Disconnect the induction hob from power.
2. Remove the hob from its installation cut‑out if necessary to access internal components.
3. Inspect wiring harnesses between the main control board and inductor coils for loose, damaged, or burnt connections.
4. Test the continuity of communication lines with a multimeter.
5. Replace any damaged harnesses, connectors, or the inductor module as needed.
6. If no wiring fault is found, diagnose the main control board for faults and replace if confirmed.
