DIY Fix Check mains voltage and power connection

1. Ensure the induction hob is correctly connected to the mains supply according to the installation instructions.

Technician Only Inspect and service electrical supply and internal power electronics

1. Measure the incoming mains voltage at the hob’s connection point to confirm stability and correct levels.
2. Check internal wiring and connections for damage or loose contacts.
3. Test the hob’s power detection circuitry and replace any faulty components (e.g., filter board or control board) as needed.
