DIY Fix Clean obstacle sensors and remove debris

1. Turn off the robot vacuum and, if available, switch off the emergency power switch on the underside.
2. Flip the vacuum carefully to expose the bottom and front sensor areas.
3. Using a soft, dry cloth, gently clean the front and any visible obstacle sensors to remove dust, hair or other debris.
4. Check around wheels and the bumper area for trapped objects and remove them.
5. Turn the robot back over and power it on to see if the error clears.

Technician Only Inspect and service sensors and internal components

1. Power down and disconnect the vacuum.
2. Open appropriate covers to access sensor modules and wiring.
3. Inspect obstacle sensors for damage, corrosion, or persistent blockage.
4. Test sensor continuity and replace sensor modules if defective.
5. Reassemble and test robot operation.
