DIY Fix Inspect and clear the primary brush

1. Turn the robot vacuum upside down and locate the primary/power brush
2. Switch off the emergency switch (bottom of the unit)
3. Remove the brush if removable and clear any hair, string, or debris
4. Reinstall the brush and turn the emergency switch back on
5. Power on the robot and check if the error is cleared

Technician Only Detailed brush mechanism inspection & cleaning

1. Power down the robot and disable the emergency switch
2. Remove the brush and inspect the brush bearings, belt, and motor coupling for damage or debris
3. Clean hard‑to‑reach areas around the brush housing
4. Verify brush motor spins freely and replace any worn belts or brush modules if necessary
5. Reassemble and test the robot vacuum
6. If error persists, inspect brush motor feedback sensors and replace parts as needed
