DIY Fix Perform Thorough Descaling and Rinse

2. If F11 appeared during descaling, perform another descaling cycle using fresh water only (no descaler agent) to flush soluble deposits.
3. Ensure descaling tablets are fully dissolved in lukewarm water before inserting the water container to avoid tablet residue entering steam hoses.

DIY Fix Check Hoses and Water Paths for Obstructions

1. Ensure all external water supply and drain hoses are seated correctly and not kinked.
2. Empty and clean the water container and any visible connections.
3. Inspect for visible scale or residue around the steam generator area if safely accessible per manual.

Technician Only Professional Inspection of Internal Components

1. Examine internal steam generator drainage hoses for blockages or limescale buildup.
2. Check and clean or replace fill level electrode if heavily scaled or malfunctioning.
3. Verify proper operation of drainage paths and replace components like hoses, valves, or pumps as needed.
