DIY Fix Basic user checks for E13

1. Unplug the washer from power and shut off water supply
2. Check for moisture under/around machine — wipe dry and inspect for signs of leak
3. Check drain hose for kinks or blockages and straighten or clear debris
4. Inspect and, if accessible, clean the drain pump filter (typically at bottom of front)
5. Ensure door/lid is fully closed and latched before operating

Technician Only Technician inspection and repair

1. Access base pan and remove panels to inspect for water intrusion
2. Check and test anti‑flood/leak detection float switch and associated wiring
3. Inspect all hoses, clamps, seals — replace cracked or leaking components
4. Test drain pump operation and replace if failed or jammed
5. Perform pressure or leak tests and verify no further water ingress
