DIY Fix Basic drainage checks and reset

1. Ensure the garbage disposer knockout plug is removed if connected to a disposer.
2. Check for any food or debris obstructions in the drain or disposer and clear them.
3. Verify the drain hose is not kinked, clogged, and routed correctly.
4. Perform a power cycle by disconnecting power for ~30 seconds then restoring power.

Technician Only Inspect drainage system and electrical components

1. Check drain pump operation and verify no internal blockages.
2. Inspect wiring and connectors to the drain pump and diverter motor for continuity and damage.
3. Test diverter motor and associated sensors for proper operation; replace if defective.
4. Verify control board detects correct signals; replace control board or diverter assembly if necessary.
