DIY Fix Basic checks and cooling reset

1. Turn off the induction hob at the mains breaker or unplug it if accessible and safe to do so.
2. Allow the hob to cool completely before restoring power.
3. Ensure vents and surrounding areas are not blocked and the hob has adequate ventilation.
4. Check that mains voltage supply is stable and not experiencing significant drops/spikes (consider running other appliances to test).

Technician Only Service diagnostic and possible component inspection

1. Disconnect power and access the hob internal electronics.
2. Check internal cooling components (heat sinks, airflow paths, temperature sensors) for failure, obstruction, or degradation.
3. Measure mains supply stability under load conditions and check for protective component triggers due to over/under voltage.
4. Test hob control board for thermal shutdown behavior and sensor feedback timing.
5. Replace faulty cooling, sensor, or protective circuitry parts as identified.
6. Reassemble and test for error recurrence with stable supply.
