DIY Fix Basic checks (limited evidence)

1. Turn off and unplug the washing machine for 5–10 minutes, then restart to see if the code clears.
2. Check that the load is balanced in the drum and not overloaded.
3. Observe if the error appears consistently at a particular cycle stage (e.g., during heating).

Technician Only Inspect temperature sensor and related circuitry (low evidence)

1. Access the internal temperature sensor (thermistor) and verify the wiring continuity.
2. Test the temperature sensor resistance against expected values with a multimeter.
3. Inspect the control board connections for the temperature sensor.
4. Replace the sensor if readings are out of specification.
