DIY Fix Drain the internal water tray

1. Power off the portable AC and unplug the unit.
2. Carefully move the unit to a suitable drain location.
3. Remove the bottom drain plug.
4. Allow the water to fully drain from the bottom tray.
5. Replace the drain plug securely.
6. Plug in and power on the unit and restart until the P1 code clears.

Technician Only Inspect and service drain and float system

1. Verify the internal water tray and drain plug are functioning properly.
2. Inspect float switch or water level sensor for proper operation.
3. Check for clogs or damage in drainage pathways and clean if necessary.
4. Test the unit to ensure error does not return after proper draining.
