DIY Fix Check and reposition cookware

1. Turn off the hob and remove the cookware.
2. Ensure the cookware is induction‑compatible (magnetic base).
3. Place the cookware centrally on the cooking zone.
4. Restart the hob and attempt operation again.

DIY Fix Verify cookware compatibility

1. Use a magnet to check if it sticks to the bottom of your pan (should stick if compatible).
2. Use cookware specifically labeled for induction.

Technician Only Inspect electrical connections and hob sensors

1. Disconnect power to the hob at the breaker.
2. Check internal connection points and sensor wiring for faults or loose connections.
3. Test the induction coil circuits and zone detection sensors.
4. Verify no fault codes persist after reconnecting and testing with known good cookware.
