DIY Fix Clean anti‑drop sensors

1. Power off the robot vacuum.
2. Turn the unit over and locate the anti‑drop (cliff) sensors on the underside.
3. Using a soft cloth, cotton swab, or compressed air, gently remove dust, debris or dirt from each sensor.
4. Ensure sensors are dry and free of obstruction.
5. Power the robot back on and test operation.

Technician Only Inspect and service anti‑drop sensor assembly

1. Power off and disconnect the robot vacuum.
2. Inspect the anti‑drop sensor lenses and connections for dirt, damage, or misalignment.
3. Clean or replace sensor lenses per service manual procedures.
4. Test sensor outputs if available to verify proper function.
5. Reassemble and verify proper operation of the robot.
6. Document any sensor failures or repeated errors.
