DIY Fix Check and reseat the dust box

1. Turn off the robot vacuum (if applicable).
2. Remove the dust box completely.
3. Ensure the exhaust filter is correctly installed in the dust box.
4. Re‑insert the dust box until it clicks firmly into place.
5. Power the robot vacuum on and check if the F3 error clears.

DIY Fix Inspect for worn/broken dust box catches

1. Visually inspect the dust box latching tab/clips for wear or damage.
2. If visibly worn or broken, prepare to replace the dust box assembly.
3. Avoid using the robot until this is resolved to prevent further sensor issues.

Technician Only Service the dust box sensor or replace corrosion parts

1. Diagnose whether the dust box presence sensor is functioning correctly with diagnostic tools.
2. Check wiring and contacts between the sensor and main PCB.
3. Replace the sensor assembly or associated parts if found defective.
4. Confirm repair by verifying dust box detection and clearing F3 code.
