DIY Fix Drain the condensate water tank/pan

1. Turn off and unplug the air conditioner.
2. Place a container under the drain port at the bottom of the unit.
3. Open the drain plug/cap and allow all water to drain.
4. Close the drain port securely and wipe any spilled water.
5. Plug in and restart the unit, checking if FL clears.

Technician Only Inspect and clear drainage system and float sensor

1. Verify and clear any blockage in drain lines or outlets.
2. Inspect floating sensor for dirt, sticking, or malfunction and clean or replace if needed.
3. Check unit level placement to ensure proper condensation flow.
4. Test drainage under normal operation to confirm resolution.

Parts needed: Drain hose/plug, Float level sensor
