DIY Fix Basic checks when E6 appears

1. Turn off the washer and unplug it for a few minutes and restart the machine
2. Check for obvious blockages in the drain filter and drain hose — clean if needed (CHiQ general drain guidance exists for other codes)
3. Ensure the load is balanced and not excessively heavy

Technician Only Technician inspection when E6 persists

1. Test water level sensor and associated wiring for faults
2. Check control board and diagnostic codes with service tools if available
3. Inspect drain pump and pressure switch system for proper operation
