DIY Fix Basic checks and power reset

1. Turn off the cooktop and disconnect power at circuit breaker.
2. Wait at least 5–10 minutes for internal circuits to discharge and cool.
3. Ensure the cooktop surface and surrounding area are clean and dry.
4. Restore power and test if the error persists.

Technician Only Professional diagnostic — thermal sensor and control check

1. Inspect internal temperature sensors (NTC thermistors) for continuity and correct placement.
2. Check wiring harness and connectors for the sensor circuits.
3. Measure thermal sensor output for out‑of‑range readings.
4. Assess main control board thermal sensing circuitry.
